*Resale Sale starting from $799.99 plus HST & Disbursements
*Disbursements: searches, software usage, courier, bank charges and regular office expenses. (Normally range from $250.00-$350.00)
*Extra: Land transfer Tax; Registration Fee; Title insurance; Status certificate review, Transaction levy, Conveyancer, Rush mortgage instruction, when applicable.New York/New Jersey/Florida
