WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NOTARY PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONER OF OATHS IN ONTARIO ?

Your probably often heard the phrase or being requested to have your document notarized or need to sign your document in front of a commissioner.  The different between the two depends on what kind of document is involved.  

Our in-person notarization fee: 

  • 1st notarization signature: $50.00, additional $25.00. *HST included.
  • Travel fee: $150.00 – $600.00 when you unable to attend our office, we can come to you. 
  • Embossed seal sticker: additional $1.00 charge per red or gold seal sticker.

  • Our all inclusive fee for one apostille document is $300.00 per document. (including HST, notarization, photo copy, mailing, and government fee)
